I never drew a single tower.  A few turns in, I got a few Supernovas in a row.

Instead of malicious cells it were some boneyards, pleagues and infections that raised this wall but for me the number of counters was still impressive

I once had a mirror match of this with Morte. Our bonewalls reached over 500 before I decked him out.

At that time, I was using this deck but with a purple nymph and an anubis added in. I figured out that that slowed things down so I took them out. It's a variation of FG Rainbow w/ SoGs, Supernovas, Entropy mark, 34 Cards, Permafrost, V1.22 Tested  (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,1748.0.html)

An absolutely chanceless setup against Divine Glory, but I had a ridiculous luck.
DG did not draw a single fire tower during the entire game, his hand filled up and slowed him down, but played 3 miracles so it was close.

I had a pretty decent opening hand, and would have been able to play elec second turn, but he got a second turn discord.  On his second turn, he mutated two RoLs, and look what he got... The first pic is turn 3, the next is turn 4, and the last one is turn 5.
