Quantum Generators Challenge [Hosted by the Idea Factory]

In Elements a section of the game often overlooked by Card Designers is the Quantum Generator. However the types of Quantum Generators in the game have a fundamental role in shaping what kind of decks can be viable and which cannot.

Requirements for submission:
1) The card's primary role must be to provide quanta to play cards.
2) The card should not copy any card in the Crucible, Forge or Armory. However you may use those to gain an idea.
3) No more than 3 submissions per author



Special rules for judging:
The cards will be voted on by the Idea Factory until there are 5 or less submissions remaining. Those submissions will be independently judged. Each of those submissions will receive a score out of 10 and a list of comments from the Idea Factory Members.

Notice
The submissions that survive the voting and thus qualify for the scoring will be asked "What kind of deck type(s) would this Quantum Generator make possible that are not currently viable."
Ex:
Nova made speedbows possible
Damselfly, Brimestone Eater and Gnome Gemfinder made Creature only decks possible
Rustler made Light powered Life decks possible

Part of the 10 point scale will be devoted to how well the Quantum Generator does at supporting a new deck type.

Yes but only 1 submission can be from the Crucible or Forge. (none from the Armory)
