What uses does it have that justify the +2 :rainbow|+4 :rainbow casting cost compared to Quantum Pillar?

it only cost 2|1 to cast, maybe it should be free, it should take a small amount of quanta and split it to more quanta, so it can splash mono or boost speed on rainbow, it works with the Other Elemental Ring, it provides a useful but not overpowered permanent to Other.
2 spent to make 6? same ratio as leaf dragon but it can only be used once per Prism in play. It shouldnt be 'more powerful' than a Pillar, but different, gives you choice in quanta vs black hole.

ok I made it 2 Other for 6 Random., if I made both cards cost 1 Other, I might make the upped version make 7, actually, I like that, since its 7 traditional colors for light, but then we are looking at a light card, maybe if your mark is light it makes 7, fits with other, based on its weapons. Anyway, I think it is balanced in there enough to look at the 2 others in the set. Mages get Quanta.
