NOTES:
For the quanta production competition

This spell brings pillars and pendulums to action when it is played.  The un-upgraded card produces quanta for both players from their respective pillars and pendulums, while the upgraded only benefits the caster.

Example: you have two earth towers and three air towers, and your opponent has one fire pillar and one water pendulum (currently set to :water) and you play Invigor- you gain spend :air :air on the spell and gain :air :air :air :earth :earth while your opponent gains :fire :water.  if you had played Invigorate you would spend :air :air :air on the card, gain the same quanta as before but your opponent would not generate anything.  This is a simple example and not made to reflect an actual ideal use of the card (how many air earth decks are there anyway?)

The concept is that a breeze invigorates the game.

Invigorate- To impart vigor, strength, or vitality to; animate:

How long does the effect last? I would assume 1 turn because it is a spell.

Based on the effect, i would change the wording to: This turn, all pillars played produce quanta when played. (It rhymes!)
Or if it's a lasting effect, keep the wording and make it a permanent

"when played" means right now, instantaneously.  I added that wording in to indicate it was a one time event per card.
