Strategy:
Stealing his Gravity shields (or using your own) will get you a good way towards winning. After that, you don't have to worry about being hit by pretty much anything but Momentum.
Permanent-reliant decks will have trouble here such as aether or Firefly queen decks, Graviton has both explosions, and unstoppables (momentums) that can destroy your permanents (i.e weapons) while the momentum essentially makes shields completely worthless. He also has chargers with a "base momentum" which essentially makes an aether deck completely out of the question unless you get a perfect draw and he gets a dreadful one.
Flay 'em needs a very good draw to get a mind flayer out quickly, but if it does, Graviton can be easily defeated. Otherwise, he'll stick momentum on creatures to make the damage that passes through eventually add up to 100 hit points, at which point you're dead.
OTK decks will fare worse. Momentum easily pierces Limitless's strategy to kill you, though SoP-based OTKs can shield against both PC (using sundials or graviton salvagers) and CC (using SoP). It's going to be a hard battle though. Similarly, Voodoo bravery has a hard time with momentum, but BB helps.
Graviton is one of the FG's that can be taken down with just Rays of Light in a Hope deck, and it's usually what you will stick to due to his Gravity Shield. As long as you bait his explosions with your SoG's or Sancts before you play Electrocutor, you can lobotomize his Firemasters so they won't grow indefinitely. If you're feeling cautious, you will also have to bait his Firestorm(s) with at least 2 RoL's at a time. This gives him time to pummel you, so he can give you a hard time quite often.
A number of rainbow decks which contain rewinds/eternities or Antimatters could do well against Graviton. Rewind firemasters who got too powerful for you, if you want to exploit him more simply antimatter the master. He would have a hard time growing it back and it's even better if you lobotomize him, making him a solid healer. Enchant Artifacts save crucial permanents. Sounds tempting? Try to construct a reliable and nice deck with all those things.
What are reliable and nice are poison stalls, which seep poison straight through gravity pulls an shields and make momentum useless with SoSac. Graviton has no healing, so the poison easily kills him.
Oracle Counter
Use Blessed, Unstoppable Otyughs to eat all his creatures and heal yourself with Miracle when needed.

Steal his Gravity Shield (if you haven't found any wings) or weapon (if you have). Save the antimatter for chargers, lobotomize everything else.
