Anduril

For those who miss the reference, Anduril is the name of a sword from Lord of the Rings.  The name means "Flame of the West."

Main damage comes from a protected Fahrenheit which hits through Sundials.  Graboids are there to take down a Bone Wall.  Lances/Firestorm for any troublesome creatures.  Explosions for a Dissipation Shield and any other permanents.  Uses an Earth mark for the PAs and Graboids.  Shriekers would work better instead of Graboids, but sometimes the AI is dumb and unburrows them at the worst times.  It's not the fastest deck possible, but it'd still be pretty fast I think.
That looks pretty good.

Since Bone Wall is the biggest threat, have you considered dropping those Firestorms? They could only make the situation worse by killing a bunch of Skeletons and making the Wall bigger. Maybe replace them with Fire Lance?

That Earth shield would also be nice since you can protect it.

That's a good idea.  I think replacing the 2 Firestorms with 1 Diamond Shield and another Lance would work best.  With all those Lances, you actually pose 2 threats-Fahrenheit and being bolted to death (Herme's style).  And those threats require two different kinds of shields to protect you, meaning you're always in danger one way or another.

I doubt that deck would ever be played well by the Gods, but that looks very good as a human controlled deck, except for the fact that it would take seven turns to play that shield...>.<

False Gods have 3 x Mark.

But players don't, and that's what I was talking about. That deck would work VERY well as a player controlled deck, but since players only have a basic Mark, it'd never work. You'd have to wait three turns for a Graboid, or seven turns for the shield...with only 30 cards (23/22 after first hand, depending on who goes first), you'd never be able to play them all.

If you dont make it fly any weapon will hit trough sundials ;)
This looks good: AI is smart enough to use fire lances against players hp and unevolved graboids are the best against bonewall. An attacking version of "the everlasting one". I agree that fire storms are going to be wasted by AI. Better more lances.
Seems that earth is going to be a must for strong FG decks because of permanents' power...

I don't know, but I think the AI will do okay.  With 6 PAs and only 3 Permanents, you can't go wrong with order too badly.  Even if you lose 1 Fahrenheit because he PA'd the Towers first, you have 5 more Fahrenheits.  Shields will be targeted first by Explosion usually since they're the most expensive Permanents which is what you want.  Fire Lance is the weakest link here since he'll Lance anything from puny Skeles to Massive Dragons.  I'm not sure what the criteria is for using Lances on the player's life instead of creatures, but when I play against Hermes, usually after the early game, he just uses Lances on my life.

I'd have to go with a few light dragons, a crapload of photons, crapload of blessings, and twin universes. Beef up a dragon till it does 50 damage, twin it a couple of times....good plan

hehe, I return after a few weeks without internet (I know) to discover that this thread has become popular with the creation of a trainer that allows for the building of these decks! My thanks to Chriskang, now I have to go and design some...

You have 10 hours left if you want your deck to be in the next batch  ;)
