Is the Damage Dealt, Spell Damage?
Is the Turn count increased by Adrenaline?
To track the turn count the creature could have an ability "Charging X" where x is the number of turns the card has had.
It looks like you doubled the post and then centered the first half. I'm not sure this was your intention.
I've been getting a number of pretty specific questions regarding how this card would mesh with current cards/abilities. I'll offer my opinions here, though I know if the card were ever to make it into the game zanz would rightfully do as he sees fit.
Damage dealt is clearly not attack damage, but I don't feel it should be spell damage and thus subject to reflection.
Adrenaline: Yep, it effects the turn count. (Note: poisoned/adrenalined/zero attack creatures attack five times per turn).
Fractal: I think I've already addressed the fact that fractal Tock would not be overpowered, but allow me to say so again here. I think a fractal Tock strategy with a perfect draw could win around turn seven (some current decks exist with possible win on turn three). Additionally, it could be countered with a huge number of shields and creature control cards.
PU: If PU copied the turn count, Tock is probably overpowered. PU would essentially give you a Tock while circumventing the upkeep. So using a turn counter is probably unwise. It makes more sense for PU to copy Tock's stats, ability, and buffs/debuffs but not its turn count.
Lobotomy: Should effect only the active ability, Maintain, and not the passive ability that does damage when Tock dies.
Delayed/Frozen: As you'd expect, this effects only the active ability, Maintain, and not the passive ability that does damage when Tock dies.
