no way its OP, since to the max it can ever block is 7 compared to hopes 23/24 and to do that you have to pretty much slow down your gameplay to pretty much 1 card per turn
but then combined with times ability to draw cards it shouldn't be that hard to get 7 cards in your hand, only downfall would be being unable to use them.
I don't know maybe remove immortality

probably not strong enough for cost, itd be hard to get that much permanents to make it cost effective

well youve got to think, immortal creatures can still be stopped/ slowed by shields so there is a way to deal with immortal creatures, immortal permanents on the other hand have nothing that can be done about them

won't see much usage, but would be fun
really only useful against drawing decks, and decks that hold onto cards, or fractual decks
nice art btw
maybe it would be good if a card did damage based on cards in the hand.
you can always draw a card and then discard a useless card, so this card is pretty much only effective vs fractual decks
oh and maybe the lack of drawing a card, otherwise almost useless

um a dragon fly is not a dragon, I assume its a normal dragonfly
