i think the 'requirement' for pendulums shouldnt be 12 of each
one can argue you can use limitless* pendulums in your deck, as it is similar to pillars but trying to attain 15 of each pillars and then 12 of each pendulums is....
lets put it this way, its not like making a difficult goal harder to obtain, its like making it exponentially friggin crazy do-i-really-need-12-ffs harder
i'd suggest somewhere between 6~10
or just 6 of each like the rest (except pillars)

ZOMG you guys are rich!!! 15 of each pillar and upgrades of those rubbish other weapons! I'm lazy enough to say 3 of each weapon is enough and upgrade as necessary but you guys take collection to a whole new level!!

Other weapons rubbish?  Gavel and Longsword and two of the better cards in the game.

The upped relics however take dedication.

well roughly..
i started doing this collecting idea..
i have unupped
1 of each card
20 pillars
20 pendulums

upped-basically my deck only..
10 not in deck

13 different cards upgraded..
multiples of SOG, Morning glory, otyguh, supernova, quantum tower, fire storm, bonewall, quint, steal, hourglass.

imma go for 1 of each unupped and 1 of each upped..
pillars/pendulums gonna do 10 of each upped and unupped. just have.. just about every card to up to do so..

Finally I have/can buy one copy of every card. Still, some are not upgraded meaning they are useless (shards come to mind) and others are upgraded only....but a milestone reached nonetheless. Next step, upgrade the lot!
