When you use sky blitz to boost the attack power of a flying weapon and then endow the weapon with a crusader it gains normal non blitz stats. Is this intended or a bug?

I would assume this is not a bug, because it seems a lot like the nerf with diving/parallel universe.  With diving/parallel universe, you used to be able to double the stats of the creature each time.  As this was considered abusive/OP/something by Zanz/community, it was nerfed so that if you used parallel universe, it would undive the next time you dived it or something.  I know I didn't explain it well, but I hope you got what I meant.  And if you really think its a bug, you could try posting in the report a bug section on the forum.  However, you should probably read through that section before posting, see if the problem is there.

Dive's mechanic works as follows:

1. Double creature's current attack.
2. After the attack, reset creature's attack to it's full value.

So, combined with PU:

3 ATK Pegasus.
Dive makes it 6 ATK current and 3 ATK full.
PU copies these stats but the new copy does not count as "Dived", and as such, it's stats don't reset at the end of the turn.
Next turn, you dive the PUed Pegasus, it doubles it's current attack again making it 12 ATK current 3 ATK full.
After the attack, resets to full ATK which is 3.

The same i believe applies to crusader.

The nerf is not that bad. You still get to dive it again once, and with PU/Dive you only need 3 pu's to win most of the times.

I had Momentum on a Mummy when it got Reverse Timed into a Pharaoh.  The Pharaoh had Momentum on it, but not the +1/+1 from Momentum.  Feature, or bug?

Considering Momentum is a symbol status, it makes sense that it stays on the new creature while the stat buff doesn't carry over since it's an original Pharaoh.
Nonetheless, it could very well be a situation the developer hasn't considered and thus the behaviour is not entirely intended.
