It takes forever. Don't have exact numbers for you, but it doesn't do a lot of damage with its own creatures. Most losses are quick, but wins tend to be epic turn-arounds where you get very low on HP but start antimattering their creatures just in time...these games are fun and happen pretty often, but they do take a long time. 12-15 turns for the wins is a guesstimate.

why does mitosis interact with chimera the way it does? i was hoping for a NEW creature that size, instead my existing chimera merely jumped over to a new spot when i activated the mitosis ability on it, wtf!

one thing i'm enjoying about this deck that i forgot to mention is how often it EMs cuz of all the healing. you can be careful to make sure you get one too, sometimes i have to antimatter and/or liquid shadow my own guys to delay the finish until i'm healed up

that can definitely be a problem for decks that use exclusively un-targetable creatures (burrowed/quinted), or just not many creatures at all like poison decks.

however keep in mind that i can usually blow up shields after a while, i'll get 2 to 3 turquoise nymphs out usually (they are 7/4), and any targetable creatures they do have can end up damaging themselves with the antimatter/liquid shadow combo. i find a lot of games come down to the last 5 cards but i'm usually able to get enough damage in if i successfully manage to establish control in the first place (with a quinted and sharded purple nymph primarily).

making it larger helps win more of those close deckout situations, but of course also reduces the consistency. maybe bumping to the 35 card range would be an improvement, and one nice reason to do that is to add a few forest pendulums. adrenaline synergizes nicely with both anti-matter and liquid shadow as well as the damage of the entropy and darkness nymphs (3). i'll give that a try, thanks.

Haven't seen a deck like this around so I thought I'd post it. Only two spells with colored quanta are nymphs tears and butterfly effect. i use water mark and most of the quanta comes from pendulums so i can get various other nymphs. then i use SoRs so i don't have to pay for their abilities.

mostly the deck focuses on getting a purple nymph with antimatter that doesn't cost anything cuz of an SoR and immortality from a turquoise nymph. this allows you to turn back a huge rush of creatures as long as it gets set up in time.

a butterfly effect that leads to free and protected PC really helps round things out.

when i put a shard of readiness on my creatures, it seems to be avoiding using my few precious aether quanta when i have quintessence in my hand. am i just imagining this? does it try to take the costs of my hand and abilities into account?

and what quanta do devourer's take? random? sometimes it seems they focus on the one you have just a few of.

thanks
