Issue Archive / Re: Pandemonium + Cloak desynchronization bug [unconfirmed]

I don't see what the glitch is.

When I was messing around with this before (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=31439.0) I had a theory about why this works. I think it's because mass CC spells target each creature individually, that's why mass CC has to destroy invisibility in order to work. However it only has the ability to destroy enemy Cloaks, so it fails to target any of your creatures.

Deck Help / Re: Merawder's Decks

I find there's quite a few good ideas in Merawder's decks, though as a whole they're pretty hit or miss.

Deck Help / Re: Mitosis Devourers
« on: January 24, 2012, 10:55:20 pm »
Well I thought it was alright but mainly I was asking what is the classic Mitopest. It's like there are a lot of of Graboid/Shrieker rushes but there is also the Mono Earth Graboid Shrieker rush by jmdt with the one Short Sword or whatever. I was trying to compile a nice library of the quintessential decks of all the decent deck types.

Looking for Trials fodder? :P

The only thing that could protect you is a silence chain.

Trio & Quartet / Re: Adrenoty!

Hey I'm just saying that was the only really special thing you could get out of this trio! I'm not saying that would be a very good deck. Harumph.

The only thing that I think could justify this trio is Adrenaline Oty +BB but I don't see any BB in your deck.

Deck Help / Re: Scarab Utility Belt

Hourglasses, I didn't even think of that. Great idea. I will mess around with that.

Maybe with an Eternity to prevent deckout this could be a decent antiFG.

Edit: Naw in one direction it's becoming a shitty SG FG and in the other its becoming a shitty Instosis. Dang and I thought SoR BE Scarab would be a good combo. :(

Maybe make it steal the next card the opponent attempts to play. That way the effect is softened by letting the opponent choose which card they lose. Also you don't have it based on luck where you might steal their only Hope (bazinga!) or just a pillar or something.

Tutorials / Re: Which Rare Weapon Should I Pick as a Reward?
« on: January 15, 2012, 09:39:35 am »
I think it really depends on what kind of deck you want to go for. Titan, Druidic Staff, and Owl's Eye are immediately off the table because of how often AI3 drops them. Morning Star and Trident are off because they suck.

Fahrenheit is ok if you want to go for Firestall, but Fahrenheit are fairly common so it's not a big deal.
Eternity is good if you want to do some big rainbows or something, but I think those are mostly outdated. Eternity is a pretty good card on its own though and two can carry a deck. But on the other hand they aren't that uncommon from AI3
Discord is pretty good in speedbows, and are kind of uncommon.
Arsenic is great and pretty rare. Great addition to any kind of deck with death in it, Immobows included.
Vampire Stiletto is good with Crusader, in Mono Darks, and in Immobows. Kind of rare.
Lobos aren't very uncommon in AI3 and you can find lots in bronze. Good choice if you want to rush to RoL Hope.
Pulverizer is good in The Wrecking Ball and a few FG decks but I haven't had that much use for mine, aside from The Wrecking Ball (which is quite good). You can get a decent number from AI3.

So it all depends on what you want. Since I still only have one Arsenic I'd probably go back and get that rather than my Fahrenheit. My other choices would be Lobo and Stiletto.

When I heard about the crossover with Eureka I watched a bit of it. It's ok.

God Eureka was great. The first two seasons at least.
