How does one's deck advance in the arena from first level to 2nd/3rd/4th , etc?

also note that if you level up, your arena deck level will stay the same.
I haven't tried this strat out yet, but is it possible to 1.) Turn your weapon into a monster using the air card, and then fractal it, let's say fractal stiletto's soyou can play 7 stiletto's or 7 of the poison weapons, etc?

You would need more Flying Weapon cards to make the fractalled weapons into creatures.
