Was the Vault Penalty and Inactivity Penalty for the same infraction? (i.e. not doing their vault for Round 3)

The Vault Penalty was for a mistake they made in round 2 Vault and they were Inactive on their Vault in round 3.

If someone has messed up their battle report post (like made a mistake in teh title etc) will you tell them in advance?
It's less then 24 hours to go and alot of scores haven't been added yet. I don't wanna pressure you I just want to avoid unnecessairy penalties.

Quick question Kael. Could I start and update the Round 4 results? You're a G-mod so you'd be able to update/modify it as well. Just something we could try for a round and see how it goes.
