Also, in case nobody realized, pillars will still see tons of use both in rainbows, mono's, and duo's that don't need quanta beyond its mark.

Yeah. I see this as a great buff for duos that can't just rely on the mark, or trio's that CAN rely on the mark. Otherwise pillars will still be the overwhelming majority.

Yeah, dual pillars were inevitable. It just took a while before they became a reality.

the wording on the card is weird "1 mark's matching quantum", so that means when you play one of those rare mark cards (that i don't have) then the pendulum may also generate quantum from that mark?

i was more thinking it would then maybe randomly chose between the two marks.  But otherwise i think the text should just say "your mark's matching quantum".

Since there are 12 Pendulum cards, they would alternate between their default quantum and your mark. The one pictured would produce :time, then :darkness, then switch back and forth.

Why would there be a need?  So few players have marks anyway, and adding that would probably make the card a bit more confusing for newer players.
