I'll go with these:

Balmund Mask:
It has been so long since I wanted  to do something about opponent's shield. Phase Shield is the hardest shield to get passed by  ! At least I can use Ice Dragon to go through Wings. Hope I can freeze that Phase Shield with this card.

Rain:
A good one. And it also removes poison counters on creatures. Yay!!! 

Ice Storm:
I see it as a counterpart to Rain of Fire, but with less damage and add freezing effect. Fits  theme very well.
