In response to some of SnoWeb's concerns:
The card is actually weaker than Nymph's Tears because regardless of it being cheaper, it also has to undergo summoning sickness before generating another Nymph which also has to undergo summoning sickness which gives your opponent a lot of time to counter the card.
The main advantage I can see to using this card over Nymph's Tears is that it allows you to simply take Pendulums and still generate Nymphs matching your mark rather than being forced to pack Pillars of that element. And then of course this card can be Fractal'd/Mitosis'd, the latter of which seems to be the most useful combination here. I'm not sure if the card is a necessary addition, but it is certainly an alternative.
