• Balance: Do you want to promote cards that are overpowered/underpowered?
• Mythology: How obscure is it? How appropriate is it? Is this a classic in the element it symbolizes? Is it long overdue?
• Theme: Are the stats/skill/cost/classification appropriate for the Mythological Concept it represents?
• Mechanics: How will the card work? Is it relatively simple to code? Is it creative?
• Presentation: How is it presented? Poor spelling? Sloppy formatting? Terrible art?

This should be a simple reminder.
And yes, vote #4: Sylph (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,21608.0.html).

I may be biased, but I'd say it does very well in all aforementioned categories. ^_^

You made a small mistake. All of those qualifications meet Cerberus perfectly. You might want to change your answer from Sylph to Cerberus. Just saying

I never said Sylph was the only one that fit the "yes vote" criteria. Aside, up in the votes, there are some that are going strong, some of which I'm frankly surprised at.

The notes really say it all:

- Wadjet is part of Egyptian Mythology, that's why it's a Time Card.
- Wadjet is known for it's poisonous abilities (it's the snake head on alot of pharaoh masks)
- Unique kind of PC, cause the time element doesn't have any yet.
- Medium Hitter for time.
- Combines two Elements.
