Interesting, fits the theme, but for some reason I feel it needs something.
It's sort of another variation of the Vanadium Ward... Maybe make it "invert delayed and undelayed (?) status for X turns", sort of wake the dead, but as we don't have any graveyard (not like Yu-Gi-Oh!) we can just see it the other way

Invert delayed and undelayed doesn't necessarily mean that the creature is dead.  You've kind of just shortened it's ability to "wake up or put to sleep".

Also, would this be a mass effect or a singular effect?

The current effect actually is slightly stronger and weaker than wardens - it has longer delay and prevents counters like Adrenaline, but it doesn't stack.

My thought of skill as is now: Target creature is basically taken out of the game for 2 turns.
the creature can not do anything for duration but at the same the affect would have to wear off before it could be targeted by anything else.

I have been summoned.

Currently my theory is a very poor judge of the balanced disputed Arctic squid, Earth Nymph and Warden.
It would claim that the ability is worth +0 (taking duo and expensive into account)

However:
1) Sleeping dragons can still be hit so why does this slumber make creatures immaterial?
2) If it does not make the target immaterial then it is similar to Guard or Delay of any other kind.

So in conclusion:
The stats(too low) and casting cost(too high) disagree.
The upgrade [5->6 hp and -1 casting cost] is a good upgrade

Why would Reversing time and accelerating the sleep cycle not work?

Delay 2 + Phase 2 = Sleep/Slumber 1
Edit: 1 creature that may be a problem with this is Voodoo doll.

Reasoning: this could act as a solid lock with. You put your Voodoo Doll to sleep, what happens?

Options:
1 Weapon is disabled.
2 Weapon and shield are disabled.
3 Opponent is silenced.
4 Opponent can't Draw.
5 Any combination of the above.
