My nineth submission from the Tank Collection. Can I upload all 12 today? Can I eventually make it?

Submachine (inspired by Epic Battle Fantasy 2-4)
IDEA:
Submachine
NOTES:
An air creature that is not airborne. It was unavoidable since tanks are too heavy to fly, and my other idea was this: http://i.imgur.com/sI4UWCP.png and I wanted to follow the creative way and try something new.
It's not a problem that Sonic Tank is not airborne, because it can't even attack.
Radar Jam also affects friendly targeting, so buffing it wouldn't be wise. Yet!
To be clear, Radar Jam has the same effect as one Shard of Freedom except that it can also avoid friendly targeting.
The ability Soundwave can be changed to Sonicwave/SonicBoom/Sonic Disrupt. Same effect, much powerful naming.
Alternative ideas for the skill: growth / increase attack of fellow creatures / dive target airborne creature for 1 turn / accelerate for a cost paid per turn / do the SoFree trick and attack randomly for double attack just like you had momentum / reduce attack power of target creature.

^ You're missing the point, none of the nymphs reduce attack. And certainly not the air nymph.

He is wondering whether air should have attack reducing cards.

In some ways, yes. Shockwave is also an air card, so soundwaves and sonic waves should also be. These kind of waves (radiowaves) are used to interfere with systems, distracting and confusing them. Apart from this, I also listed 2 more options in the Notes that I was thinking about.

Out of the options you listed I'd say that shattering permanents sounds the best. If it did two damage it would pretty much be a less potent Owl's Eye.

Also, just because I tend to be kind of nit-picky, I don't think Soundwave is a very suiting ability name. I mean, everything with vocal chords is able to produce sound waves, aha.  As for the mechanic, since Air is a more offensive element rather than defensive, maybe with a cost increase it could be a temporary dive on a stick?

^Dive on a stick is cool, but how does that fit theme? As for destroying permanents, be careful. Pulverizer has a cost of 3 :gravity, and that's off element. If you made the skill same-element, what, a 150-200% cost increase? At least. It'd be hard to balance, at best.

It would fit better because it's an offensive ability, and air is an offensive element.
