Competition: Epic 3 Card Design Challenge

Can I use a card that I have done and balanced before, but not submitted to a competition? For the first image, I want to use it as the new image for my "Corruption" card.

I think it's better if all the ideas were new ones. Otherwise people would just dig up old ideas and submit them.

You can of course take an old idea and tweak it.

My idea, "Corruption", is a fairly new one, because it is a part of my recent Advanced Spell series. I was tweaking your image, and then suddenly I thought: "Hey, this effect looks pretty cool for my Corruption card!" So, I've decided to submit it for this contest.

BTW, I hope my heavily edited vortex picture still remotely resembles the original one...

Nope. That's definitely not a new idea. It's been there for a while now and there's been a lot of discussion regarding it. Even I have replied to that thread twice which says a lot because I don't have much time to look at new card ideas unfortunately.

You need to change it.

Where on the rule does it say that I need to change it? It only says the idea must not have been submitted to any other competition.

Never mind, you changed the rules. Dang it. Whatever, for the Corruption card I'm still using the same image, because I'm too lazy to change it back. For this contest I'll just use that same image to make another card.

Also, you said nothing about my Overdrive image being unrecognizable. So I'm keeping it the way it is. Please don't tell me to change it again, because it really is a pain to update an image in five threads, on and off this forum.

EDIT: I have altered my submissions based on the feedback in the Card Idea forums including:
1) Removed Aetherial Enhancement | Aetherial Enrichment from the competition submission
2) Added Telepathy | Telepathy (upgraded)
3) Altered Starlit Minx | Starlit Mistress description to include "lump sum" payback upon death instead of per hp lost to avoid
            concerns over quanta generation abuse (as with basilisk blood + snipe.)
4) Changed Dark Sun | Dark Star effect to include all creatures in play (previously just enemy creatures.)
5) Upped Telepathy upkeep cost.
6) Added passive skill to Starlit Minx | Starlit Mistress to make them untargetable by owner.
