I think this was posted maybe (sorry if it was ) but won't this make mono other
Noes, you need a dragon (they're non-other), so you should use an element.

the thing i like the most its because its an "other" card

and why not make an "other" dragon to match perfectly ?

it would be a nice card for  :underworld and to make new kind of decks

I made dragon power other because I didn't want to make 1 card for each dragon. An "Other" Dragon could be done but thinking about that makes me wonder. IMO the thing about the "Other" cards is that they should cost 3 times their true cost because its pillar produces 3 quanta. Therefore we have a dragon with at least 30 quanta and maybe its cost should be increased because using the other quanta you don't use makes it OP. Another problem, for me, is that "Other" doesn't have a defined personality like the other elements which makes it a bit more complicated to come up with something that doesn't fit any element and fits "Other". Maybe the "Other" dragon could get a random dragon power, but randomness is from entropy. In conclusion, it could be done but it is hard to make it. Maybe later if I have an idea I may do it. But feel free to do it if you want.

nova/supernova make other creatures OP. You could play 2-3 dragons on a good hand with novas, dragons and free cards in your deck,

It think the cost is too low for giving dragons permanent abilities. BTW, awesome art!

I love the ideas behind the card! I'd love to see the kinks worked out and put into play.

I don't think it costs too little, as it it pretty much only viable in mono decks.

When considering whether abilities are OP, the dragon's HP must be taken into consideration. For example, although the :fire ability seems OP, the dragon is incredibly fragile (3/2 HP). Massive Dragon, on the other hand, has 30 HP (I'm not sure about how balanced the ability is).

I do think that it should use effects already in-game (in reference to :life and :time). Maybe Regenerate and Rewind, respectively?

:light seems a bit OP compared to :earth, how about Holy Flash? :entropy could be Chaos Seed (but what it has now is fine, too).

Nevertheless, I love the idea.

Chances are, the dragon will be made immortal with quints after you give it the ability. Even in a mono it is easy to splash aether with the mark for quint.

If you're only running them off a Mark, you'll have problems with the spell draining :aether. The abilities aren't overly powerful anyway, and take a while to set up.
