I think you have competition for  when it come to these scorpions.

I have seen the and , but the ?  Curious as to what their idea is.  EDIT: purifies the owner, like reverse venom.  Not bad.  The thing about the others is that they don't seem to fit the theme of the scorpion: capable of dealing a constant stream of venom.  The one is mono destroy on a stick, the is instantaneous, and the is reversed (though that one is quite reasonable, if it were to be venomous as well).  Just saying the constant stream of venom is what makes the scorpion what it is.

Seems like that's UP with you might have to buff the scorpion as well.  I like the passive though.  Perhaps make it based on scorpions on the field.

The aether one gains a more effective venom when there are more immaterial creatures in play, excluding itself.  So it starts as an impotent scorpion; when another is played they both add 1 poison each for 2, when 3 are out they each add 2 poison for 6.  I thought I would give immortals an interesting twist is all, and a twist on on the lack of fractallability and reproduction.
