The Communal Card Creation team congratulates Stone Guardian|Stone Warrior (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,26295.0.html) on tieing for 1st place with Graviton Buckler | Graviton Aegis (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,26461.0.html) and  in the Card Design Challenge's "New Passive" competition. Pride | Pride (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,26459) received a notable 3rd place only lagging behind by 1 vote. We find these Passive abilities (Resilient, Gravitation and Pride) to be valuable if added to the game.

I like the mechanics and everything except the flavor.  :light already has the Crusader.  Is there an alternative element and creature idea you could use?

Well first though is, the massive upgrade buff... doing over 2x damage seems a little... too much, even when the cost is raised to make up for it.  perhaps make it less drastic.  The game could honestly use cards with some sort of resilience, it would make an interesting mechanic.

hehe, you took this idea from what i suggested in the passives thread right?

nice idea, but the attack buff seems to be a little strong, especially compared to archangel which costs 6 :light

Id say lower it by 1 atk, so then its more balanced in comparison to Archangel which has 7/7 , its defense being superior to Templar.

Thought of that myself

Quint is a status change, so yes.

It suits light, I'm not really sure where else it could go =/

Knight/Templar is way too similar to crusader, so you are probably going to have to re-do that aspect. I think the buff is a little drastic, maybe unupped you should increase the attack to 7, and upped 9 attack. Other than that, pretty nice card idea.

maybe it could fit in :earth, being a solid (resilient) creature?

Change the name and background to Earth and it will work well.

I could give that an Earthy look.
With a name change it could used even less human art potentially.
Like a Golem perhaps? (wait for the OP's decision before providing art.)
