I've voted for Lost Soul (a nice eater, very cheap and immortal but that only works with Eclipse, which makes it balanced), Corruption (taking control of an opponent creature is awesome), Nadir (cheaper, dark rage potion), Mythic Rat (nice production of Viruses, balanced, doesn't produce Retroviruses on upgraded version, which would make it OP) and Trickster, the one that'll win, because stealing others' abilities is nicer than just lobotomizing them
(the sad part being that you can't steal once every turn like with Mind Flayer =P).
I've considered other cards, but they didn't get my vote because of a few flaws:
- Blood Shade would work for me if it were weaker and cheaper. Like 5
to play, 2/4 stats, 2
drain ability that makes target gain -2/-2 and self gain +2/+2 (upgraded version could be 6
3/6)
- Cerberus is WAY too strong for me: 6/7, wait until it's near death, sacrifice, gets three 2/5 (3/5) cards that can do 18 (27) damage in one turn and then being sacrificed too. In three turns, when unshielded, you can do as much as 42 damage for 9
. No way...
The others I simply didn't enjoy much =P
