I thought about throwing in a deathstalker, and a blessing*, but it didn't seem cricket to use a bug to win.

And the other deck was 59 QP, 1 photon. I had that one quit the second I started. This allowed me to avoid desyncs and Auto-win. Unfortunately, there wasn't much I could do about a Flash crash. (Especially if I leave it up overnight...)

*If I did, my opponent would have a really high poison counter, in addition to the large deck and high amounts of quanta that I had.

Hmm thats true. I didn't actually notice he did that even until you mentioned that . Since I didnt close it yet, I might leave the game running and try to add to it over the next few days before the competition ends, so I can create a larger quanta separation and see if I can hit those negative numbers he mentioned (if they exist ).

Mindgate is such a broken card in controlled environments xD
I doubt we're gonna see a particularly impressive screenie that doesn't use it in some way.

40fire quantum = original 3 damage + the extra damage (in this case, 40[or 3x4])

3+(first 10 = 3, 20 = 6, 30 = 9, 40 = 12) 15.

And by here, there are 2 more 00 (15 from 50, 1500 from 4000.)
So I assume 1500 damage + the rest that I didn't count from 951.

But then again, that is pure guessing. I might be REALLY wrong, just as I might be REALLY close.

If someone could help me with the math here, please do so.

Not sure what you did there, but you got sort of close. But I got 1485 damage from a Fire Bolt there.

I calculated and got 1488 (4951/10*3 + 3).
