• Pick a card idea from the Card Ideas and Art board.
• Edit a screenshot to show that card in action.
• Use multiple screenshots if required (for spells or creature abilities, for example).

Create an image with a screenshot of the game showing your chosen card in action.

Coming up with a card idea is great fun, but it is not too often at all that one makes it into the game. Have you ever imagined how your card would look in the game? What kind of graphics would go with it? Would it have some sort of animation when you played it or used its ability? This competition is about just that. How would your card look if it were in the game? Here is a simple example:

But you don't have to limit yourself to just showing the card only. Give it a nice little graphic when you play it, or maybe use its ability. The possibilities are endless.


RULES

• Pick a card idea from the Card Ideas and Art board (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/board,6.0.html) and edit it into a screenshot to show it in action.
• Make sure to ask the card creator's permission before you use a card in your screen shot. (Optional?)If you don't hear from the creator within 2 days you are welcome to use the card anyway.
• You cannot use any image that already exists on the forum for your submission that shows a card not normally in the game in action.
• You are welcome to use your own created card so long as it is one of the 12 in game Elements or in the Other category. You may only use your card if it was in the Card Ideas and Art section before this competition began.
• Only one submission per person. You may show either the upgraded form of the card or the unupgraded form.
• Use multiple screenshots if required to help show your card in effect (for spells or creature abilities, for example).
• When submitting screenshot(s) please use the below code to give credit to the card.
• I recommend using http://www.imgur.com/ to upload your screenshot images.
• If you need an image editor, I would suggest you use Pixlr (http://pixlr.com/editor/). It's free and easy to use.

Nope. Standards are always you can't use something already made I didn't think to add it to the rules since there aren't many that have done such a thing.

Card Ideas and Art board means Smithy.
Does that mean that card ideas in the sub-forums that represent the Crucible, the Forge, the Armory, and the Reliquary are not allowed?
Does that mean that Archived card ideas are not allowed?
Does that mean that submissions to card idea competitions whose threads were posted in the Card Idea Competition Submission section and not remade in the Smithy are not allowed?
