Nice card art and idea, but I don't really feel that this fits into the theme of :water very much.

Oh, I like this card a lot.  It's right up my alley for evilness!  >:D  Animate it, then buff it up.  Momentum, chaos power, shard of patience... CHARGE!!!! lol.  You'd need at least a 3 card combo (this + momentum + optional more buffs) but you could have some real fun with it!

I think it's too much OP, for example
Melusine + animate wpn + momentum + adrenaline  which is similar to 12 pests  + dammage :o
