In a great deck, every card needs to benefit every single other card in the deck. I have truly found a deck that does this.

(Note: not all cards in this deck were upgraded for the tournament)
THE CARDS:
Horned Frog: Your hitter. Stacks great with adrenaline, and can be luciferine'd. Luciferin + Adrenaline + Frog = four light quanta.
Rustler: Changes each light quanta to two life quanta. Can be played off of your mark.
Green Nymph: Allows you to adrenaline all your cards. Easy to play using massive amounts of quanta from rustler.
Luciferin: Unupgraded so you don't draw it instead of pillars. Stacks well with frogs, and is cheap.
Feral Bond: Adds healing for all the cards you have. Allows you to stay alive. Easy to play with massive amounts of quanta
Epinephrine: Adrenaline your frogs to deal damage and gain quanta.
Light Tower: Gives you the light quanta needed to start. Once luciferin is out, this card is entirely unnecessary.
Hope: Stacks with your luciferin, preventing damage. If you get this high enough, you can stop up to 6 damage per attack. Stacks greatly with the massive amounts of light quanta you get, and helps your life gain keep you alive.
31 cards because it frequently out-heals damage but gets stopped by shields. Allows for a win even if deck-out.
VARIATIONS:
Dragons, to deal with shields.
Thorn carapace, for creature control.
Ray of Life, to replace pillars, stack with adrenaline, and buff hope.
This deck won me every one of the games I won but one. I completely regret abandoning it. It's my baby. Also: the nymph is named Molly.
If this isn't the best life deck in the game, it comes pretty damn close.
