Lobotomize

Lobotomize (also referred as Psionic Wave) is an ability that, for a quantum cost, allows the creature to remove active skills from the target creature.

Active abilities, that have their name displayed right under the creature that has been played, can be removed by lobotomize if the creature can be targeted. Momentum, which can be a secondary active skill gained by Momentum is not necessarily displayed but still can be always lobotomized.

Passives, only visible in the creature information panel, cannot be removed by lobotomize skill.
