A few more of my ideas...I aways wanted to do a creature holding a mark so thats what I tried to do...the layering got a bit messy so I went old school and just places the mark image over the hand erased parts slowly until i could see the hand then went back and filled in the spaces myself. I also tried to add in broken and smashed up marks of the other elements but it got messy as well...and trying to "bury" some of them just didn't look like it fit in.

For the second image it was simpler and I worked on it first but failed to darken the back half to my liking so I scrapped it.

This dude in the middle is called Xor and he is a half-human half-alien. He is the main antagonist of the Counter Swarm series located in one of the worlds I created
He is so strong he can crush tanks like eggshells, regenerates any wounds in a matter of seconds and does all that capoeira style!

Well... in fact he is dark brown, not yellow, but I changed his skin color to fit better the time theme

I hope that's enough of awesomeness to meet the criteria, but it that wasn't enough I'll add the tools I used:
Blender, Gimp, Inkscape

Now, that's the essence (no pun intended) of awesomeness!


I planned to make some scarab, Mayan pyramids and stuff like that, but 3D modeling takes quite a bit of time and... I'll do it after exams

Made it look a little less weird or less "off", I kinda like it, and wasn't hard to do.

Updated the banner to the new dimensions.  Also changed the centerpiece from angel wings to the Light mark from the game.  Added some spiffy text with it.
