About Me
I'm a Chinese teenager who has been living in Canada for more than 4 years. I plan to study theoretical and mathematical physics in university. I have this crazy delusion that I'll discover the Theory of Everything, or something else, that will make me more famous than Albert Einstein. I seek to know the truth about the world and the universe, and to me physics is the way.
I think Science is Absolute Truth. If science can't explain something, that thing does not exist. Of course, that is not limited to our present-day science. I feel like I should join the Illuminati, because I think Science is God and I don't like religions.
I never bothered to test my IQ, but I do think I'm rather intelligent. To me, physics is ridiculously easy, while to some other people it's unbelievably hard. I could never understand what's so difficult about it.
I think I'm extremely imaginative. On Kongregate I have started many ideas and suggestions threads, and my brain keeps pumping out ideas like crazy. In forum RPGs, most likely I'll be the contributor to more than 75% of all the lore in that game. As an outlet for my hyperactive imagination, I tried to write a fantasy novel, but found that my writing skills were trash compared to professional writers; right now I'm trying to write a fanfiction of Elements the Game by Zanzarino (elementsthegame.com).
I play alto saxophone in my school's jazz band and senior concert band. My favorite genres of music are modern jazz, rock, Latin, etc.
I judge people by intelligence, morality, and unavoidably, physical appearance. So if you type like an immature 7-year-old kid, most likely I'll look down on you.
Oh, and I've deduced myself to be completely insane some time in the middle of January 2009.
Void as a new element has been suggested by many people, myself included. However, implementing a new element would bring a multitude of problems, and thus many of these Void suggestions have been brutally shot down. To circumvent the difficulties of suggesting a new element, I have created a series of Other cards that share one mechanic, one that successfully represents the nature of Void without bringing in any of the technical and balancing problems of creating a new element.
The main idea behind the Void pseudo-element is that there is no such thing as "Void quanta". Instead, whenever "Void quanta" is "spent", your opponent gains quanta of his or her Mark. To counterbalance this, Void Pillars destroy your opponent's quanta. You can put Void Pillars in a normal deck for quanta denial, and you can put other Void cards in a normal deck with the risk of giving your opponent free quanta. Or, you can run a Mono-Void deck that is balanced.
