Immortal Osiris ftw.
Not enough time quanta and too much gravity quanta I think. Aether should be okay since it's a bit low, but most cards don't need to be played until later, when quanta has built up.
Some cards seem kind of random. The twin universes aren't really going to do much; there aren't enough to be spammed, and no creatures really have high attack anyway. Also immortal creatures can't be targeted. Same with the two phase shields; they'll either be smashed or come too late, and even if they aren't, it's only 3 turns per shield. Gemini can chain them for half the game, but here it would be better to add more towers or just decrease the total card count so the critical cards are more likely to be drawn.
There doesn't seem to be enough damage. The maximum output assuming scarabs/otyughs don't eat anything and TUs aren't used is 106 (4 nymphs, 6 anubis, 13 scarabs/pharaohs, Electrocuter). The actual will be lower because scarabs will fill up the board with their 3 attack. Any permafrost, jade, diamond, or gravity shield and some healing will easily nullify damage. Osiris is sometimes fast enough to kill before a shield is dropped, but this deck will rarely manage it, unless black hole makes a difference.
I don't see that this is going to deck out quickly with 110 cards, even with double draw and six hourglasses. Any player deck would deck out first, unless they have Eternity, in which case one side would probably die before anyone decks out.
All in all, basically Osiris with aether and no stronger of a FG.
