I think that is a really "Cool" idea!

Seriously:I think considering the price, it should freeze for 3 turns...

Yeah, considering the cost, 3 or 4 turns would be nice?

too strong, remember you can have 6 of these in a deck, this would greatly overshadow ice shield since ice shield is based on chance, not guaranteed, also, freeze becomes useless since this is basically the same effect but slightly more conditional with exception of  :fire and  :water creatures.

I could say make it cheaper and leave it at 2 turns, but in comparison:

Congeal = 1  :water for 4 turns frozen, singular target, any creature element.

AZ = 7  :water for 2 turns frozen, multiple target, non :fire and non  :water creatures only.

scenario comparison:

Congeal: 5 enemy creatures = 5 :water for 5 spells cast, each creature for 4 turns.

1 congeal spell left.

AZ: 5 enemy creatures if non :water & non  :fire, 7  :water for 1 spell cast, all creatures  for 2 turns.

5 AZ spells left.

In conclusion, This card greatly Overshadows Congeal, However, I believe it is slightly be justified with non :fire & non  :water regulation.
however, it needs a bit more justification, so I actually believe it is potentially too cheap, however, it is also justifiable due to having half turn potential (only 2 turns)
So increasing this to 3 turns would mean it needs to be more expensive, since it is better than Congeal in the sense of efficient multiple congealing.

I dont believe this needs to be improved turn wise, otherwise too OP, Leaving it at 2 turns is what i recommend.

Why not make it part of the "Consume all remaining  :water class" and make it 3 turns against all creatures.

i thought i already explained why its cost should remain the same.

any more cost and it will be too UP compared to normal freeze, an upkeep cost is not wise since the actual effects of freezing are not justified as strong enough such as Inundations effect, especially since it has the non :water & non :fire conditions. too UP if with upkeep.
and making it 3 turns, as i already explained, would severely overshadow freeze spell for the same reasons mentioned above.

Freezing friendly creatures is a nice balancing factor, it limits your viable creature options unless you want to delay putting out your creatures.  Assuming immortals would be immune to this (Permafrost covers them anyway).  I agree, 2 turns is plenty... unlike Phase Shield or Sundial, the freezing effect can't be cut short.

Can definitely imagine some FG decks getting crazy mileage out of this card.

Well i was hoping the poll would make my mind up about things but it hasn't really so i have decided to keep it the same, apon agreeing with Flayne changing something could make it OP/UP and its probably best to left the same
