well death can generates fastest usually in duo's which in any case slow it down but either with fractal or cats + retro + skull shield + soul thingy that generate 2/3 quanta after death of a creature. can make death generate death really quick

ok hold up!!!!!! light doesnt generate the most quanta the fastest, i actually believe death does. However light does generate it rather quick.

This bolt also does less damage then fire bolt. My idea here was to have a card similar to the darkness one but a heal over a drain. Which this card is actually worse then it as it two separate targets where as the darkness one kind of roll in all in one. IMO is card isnt really OP.

As for the shield idea no. Why? because light already has 3.
But the creature idea i like =P

Well, a 'double rainbow' is a phenomenon of optics that displays a spectrum of light due to the sun shining on droplets of moisture in the atmosphere. Does that explain it?

Im getting a vibe that upped version is a bit OP

I'm getting a vibe like that too. It effectively deals 3.3333 damage per 10 light quanta: stronger than Fire Bolt.

Combine that with Solar Buckler and we have one highly unbalanced card.

maybe i should have it 8 instead of 6 and reduce cost by 1 for upped
