Interestingly enough, the action itself is not against the rules. The abusing of the bug would be against the rules, I imagine, and even that would be a stretch. This bug puts you not much closer than most decks to winning and even so it needs a particularly dedicated deck to make use of the bug efficiently.
In short, it does say in the rules something about "exploiting" but that term seems vague and can be the exploitation of people to the exploitation of Nymphs (xD) and even then, this deck could be hypothetical. You don't have to use it to imagine how it would work.
But if you want me to be safe about it I'll post "I am not responsible for any actions taken that go against people using the bug willingly." I will also put the deck in spoilers so as to be "censored" xD. Seems like modern day censorship, you CAN choose to see it, but you don't have to.
