how wouldnt it make sense? you are an elemental, you control the gravity surrounding your creatures

probably not. I really havent decided yet. You would only really play it when your opponent has wings, so  or even just  would probably be fine.

Or if you are playing gravity, you can use momentum, which also helps against other shields, and is cheaper, so I don't think I would use this card if it comes ingame, unless airborne status gives other bonuses as well.

Well you just removed gravity and now they're just floating like they would in space.  They'd have trouble adjusting and wouldn't know how to move about accordingly.  However, for the airborne creatures the air would still surround them so flying about with their wings wouldn't be a problem.
