well singularity is a strange creature... it would be totaly uderstandable (just like antimatter is useless) if it didn't work.

this card is totaly amazing as sayd before. i think it should be possible to give shields cause there must be a way to get rid of a morning glory/jade shield and curently there isn't any way.... PA is just to OP at the moment... once there is no conter at all...

I can agree to that when you consider potential.  Ultimately I do agree that being able to remove or destroy PA'd permanents with an exception or two is what this game could use.

This gives targeted creature to other field,and targeted card in your hand to opponent's hand. Right? Didn't get it all,nice idea anyway but you can target both - creatures,permanents,and cards in your hand. Right?

Yeah, this idea has been around for a while, but it's still a cool card. Should not work on singularities though, although now that I think about it there's not much point in it being able to give creatures too then (with the only exception of malignant cell, but then why didn't you just aflatoxin your enemy to begin with?), especially with cards like catapult around.

Creature-less decks and burrowed, high-HP, growing, immaterial, and some other creatures will either completelay avoid aflatoxin or make the 1st cell really hard to get.

Nope, Voodoo effect doesn't trigger with healing, only damage
