This seems more like an "abuse the poor AI" card than anything else. And dumb AI problems could be solved when they become more abusable if a card like this existed. (AI would never play malignant cell, antimatter creatures, worse shields/weps than they have, bad permanents)

I think an all around better card would be an increased cost card that actually plays the card of your choice on your enemies side, giving them no option.

It would be very amusing to see a deck loaded with generic weapons and shields plus this...

By the way, some things (such as sundials and cloak) reset their countdowns when stolen, will this also occur with donate? That would give a very nice sundial synnergy since it effectively allows you to double the number of turns sundial will block, which would be very valuable to stall decks.
It would also give you a way to ensure your sundial would function at least one turn when facing AI's that are packing PC.

By the way, could you use this to donate relics? That would be pretty funny... they make a good way to clog the opponents hand safely

Flooding: Abuse how? All it will do is drain Water quanta. If they don't use Water, then it'll disappear with no other side effects. If they do, it's only a minor inconvenience to them. It's equivalent to Deflagging a pillar essentially. And this uses two cards of two different elements. Might as well go mono Fire.

AM'd Vamps: That requires a trio. You might as well just bring copies of Antimatter and Liquid Shadow to use on enemy creatures if you want to abuse the effect. Making it a trio when it could be a duo is redundant. (and just saying, Liquid Antimatter isn't that strong of a deck in the first place.)
