Clarification: I can use cards that cost 6 quanta, but none that cost 7 and over?  Just want to verify because some people read it as <6 and some as <=6.

Why is it that every single tournament rules out my deck. I mean really, I'm not allowed Phoenixes in this, not allowed my off colour stuff in the mono tournaments even though my mana sources are all the same colour, not allowed Immolation in the pillarless ones, don't run enough water cards for Duality (I run 3), not enough new cards for "The New" (I ran 6 when Phoenixes counted) etc. etc.

I beat everyone in league but I quit that because it was all about how much time you could sink in, not how good your deck was.
