You could probably set up the auction so that bidding is done by forms on GoogleDocs - instead of the WM needing to manually update and track all the bidding, forms can be used to automatically update a spreadsheet which would remain embedded in the auction tracking forum post.

Imho, propaganda should be removed.

The votes aren't well thought or anything. The votes are just casted on who makes the funniest propaganda or the prettiest banner, which kills the purpose of propaganda itself.

Hmm, not necessarily the whole propaganda, but well, the voting part makes it bad. Also, I dislike the fact that only the banners were listed in the poll-topic, it means with banners that look less appealing at first might not even get votes because no one cares to check out the page. For example look at banner: The banner itself isn't much, but in the context of the whole propaganda it fits perfectly, but when you only list the banners on the poll-page, few people would care to look at the whole propaganda thread, or just at the threads of the best 2 or 3 banners.

Yes, I definitely agree. I'm afraid this will lead to the same old decks again, instead of trying something new, because with high discards and a tight vault, I won't use a new but risky deck over an old and overly tested one.

Bigger initial Vault, yes. More chances to pack different decks, more chances to play different decks.
