(If you are slower and you win the coin flip, you must pass your first turn.)What happens if the "slower" player makes a mistake and plays some cards when he wins the coinflip. Auto-lose? Game restart?I'd say that one recieves the Idiot-Bonus when doing it the first time in each match, resaulting in a game restart. 2nd time should be an auto loss since if your stupidity isn't curable, you don't deserve to win

Also everyone who didn't chosed air is level 0 in air right ? so we'll all use at least a 40 cards deck ?
When you defeat your first opponent (say a fire guy), can you use the level 1 fire bonus against your second opponent, or (as I hope) the bonus takes effect only in the next phase/round?
- Phase I -[...]This phase will last 6 days. If you win you will gain a level in the defeated opponent's element at the end of Phase I.
Marks are other ?
I understood that part, I was wondering about the mark as a card, those you won in tournament for example.
For phase II, any reason there is such an extensive lower bracket? if your first game is a loss is there any chance to get the additional bonus? If you lose then win, any following matches are pointless right?
