If I can win from cheaters in the platinium league my deck isn't that bad .
I just wonder if you can get a mark of water card if they have it in their decks I saw him playing it a few times. Not that i need it

1. Purify can be casted on creatures.

Sometimes you don't know what's cheating and what's not, and assuming needlessly.

IIRC that's nilsieboy's IGN. He's a General, it's not a surprise he got a Mark card. And that's not cheating.
(FYI, a Mark card is a standalone card which acts exactly like your Mark. It will stack if it's the same mark as the one you picked before starting the game. Won't stack upped. Is only winnable through Tourneys and Leagues.)

Purify is buffed in 1.30 to be able to target creatures. Read the card text.
