question: what is the task priority with coming out with a new version of elements? balance first? bugs? i guess artwork is last, but i'm curious on top-level priority order

Where/how can I start earning upgraded cards?
I have a Titan already. May have beaten a Half-blood by mistake and that's probably where I got it from.
Too expensive IMHO upgrading them one at a time. 1500? Come on!

False Gods are the way to go if you want electrum. Build a FG killer deck, grind them and you will probably win some upgraded cards along the way. Unless those cards are already the ones you really need for the next deck you will build, you should sell those cards as each card will give you roughly 1,1K electrum

These really aren't simple questions, as none of us can answer them. However, from my observation, Zanz takes the time to fix a lot of bugs when he's already of mind to release a new patch. Artwork is changed whenever, really.

Nope, you can only gain electrum from submitting Arena decks.
