Mr. Freeze is a former cryogenics expert who suffered an industrial accident while attempting to cure(The purify) his terminally ill wife, Nora.He must wear a cryogenic suit(Phase Shields) in order to survive, and bases his crimes around a "cold" or "ice" theme(Lances and Squids, killing cold and slow with mind tricks), complete with a "cold gun"(Lances) that freezes its targets solid.

I like it, Mind gate is such an awesome  :aether card, Shard of Patience would also be a nice addition also

Quints aren't really needed, if they draw CC, this god draws at least 2 more times CC than them.
