Version 1: Aether, Fire, and Time.
Code: [Select]
7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7di 7di 7di 7dj 7dj 7dj 7dj 7dj 7dj 7dk 7dk 7dm 7dm 7dm 7dn 7do 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q3 7q4 7q4 7q5 7q5 7q7 7q7 7q7 7q7 80h 80h
Double cards, triple mark.

Version 2: Aether and Fire.
Code: [Select]
7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7di 7di 7dj 7dj 7dj 7dj 7dj 7dj 7dk 7dk 7dm 7dm 7dm 7dn 808 808 808 808 808 808 808 808 808 808 80a 80a 80e 80h 80h 80h 80h 80h 80h 80s 80s
The general strategy is to get out Fire Spectres or Ruby Dragons, then immortalize them. There's pretty heavy control in both decks.

Now, version 3: The strategy is different.
Code: [Select]
7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dh 7dh 7dh 7dh 7dh 7dk 7dk 7dk 7dk 7dk 7dk 7dm 7dn 7dn 7dn 7dn 7dn 7dn 7do 7n2 7n2 7n2 7n2 7n2 808 808 808 808 808 808 808 808 808 808 80b 80b 80b 80b 80i 80i 80i 80i

Flying Fahrenheit deck, Fractal Brimstone Eaters, Fire Lances.

They look really scary. There's already a Fire/Aether FG, Eternal Phoenix, but I doubt that matters. It's creative enough.

2nd one seems the scariest. 12 Quinted fire spectres at once=24 more damage every turn. O_O

I really like this.
Doesn't seem to AI-expensive, has a new kind of False God involved, games may vary.

Probably V3 is the worst.

I prefer version 1, but version 2 seems stronger.

I don't think version 3 is that bad, as it takes time to gather quanta. And without quintessence, Fahrenheits can easily be controlled. Also, only two explosions.

Versions 1 and 2 make me think of Hermes, but immortal. Scary stuff. I think version 2 would be more efficient I think.

Version 3 is a different strategy, and lacks early damage, aside from brimstone eaters. The damage can go up to ridiculous levels though...hope you didn't bring CCYB to fight this FG.

Version 1 has more potential over Version 2, but Version 2 is stabler.

Aside from more explosions for Deck 3, are there any other suggestions? Unfortunately all the reflective shields are immaterial anyways... :*(, but more explosions rarely hurts.

No, more explosions rarely doesn't hurt. No one's going to win if it's too hard, and that's not the point of a FG. I'd go with version 2 but without explosions, just massive immortal damage. There's already Hermes and Eteneral Phoenix if you want half your deck destroyed.

Eternal Phoenix has 8 Explosions in a 60 card deck, Divine Glory has 12 Explosions out of a 72 card deck, Hermes has 12 out of a 116 card deck.

I think 2 or 4 explosions for Vesta (version 2) is good, but if it gets put in, they can balance the deck for difficulty.

I realized that this deck is actually pretty similar to Divine Glory. Immortal creatures and permanent control, though without miracles but higher damage and some creature control.

There isn't as much permanent control, but it only takes one explosion to destroy a shield. And it only takes one destroyed shield to lose. That knocks out every shield except bone wall, hope, mirror shield, and jade shield. Mirror shield and jade shield don't block enough damage, and a single ablaze will get over them.

Bone wall would require a consistent way to add to it faster than it's broken or at least enough to block until you can get the kill.

The other options would be protected fire buckler or spine carapace, maybe permafrost shield (which probably can't keep up with massive increasing damage), but those require a lot of healing. Feral bonds and SoGs can be destroyed, any spell healing won't be enough/will run out. Most decks just don't pack enough protect artifacts.

The easiest way would be RoL/Hope, and that's about the only common FG farming deck that will have a high win rate. Still similar to Divine Glory.

Going to test V1 without quintessences.

(probably requires more time quanta and more hourglasses)

Ok.

It puts a nice stop on decks that use no CC.
It has slow starts.

But Divine Glory has a very limited damage potential, so it can be outhealed (one of the counter decks is adrenaline+ druidic staff), and Vesta has firestorms in two of the versions, so some bad lucky might easily shut down your Hope.

It's more similar to Elidnis than to Divine Glory in my opinion, immortal growth creatures.

And an instant way to make the deck easier is to add a fire buckler, which can be stolen.

(But while that makes it easier for rainbows, RoL+Hope is screwed.

But I'll put up a poll asking if people think the deck is too hard, and how many explosions should be in there (if any).
