Nope, I spin them more often than the other Shards, usually.  It just differs for every person since it's random.

Well that's annoying. I got it once, but the game did not save so I lost it. After like 20 spins I only saw it in the spinner once.

I have spinned one of every shard except readiness. Is it more rare because Instosis is too strong?

What do you mean by pvp spin? Like pvp in the arena? So if the enemy has it then I have a chance to spin it?

What about marks?

If the deck contains a few cards of the same element with extremely low cost that is not of the main element of the deck, then they can be simply powered by the mark instead of pillars/pendulums.
