Hi. I was thinking it would be cool if there was a card that worked something like this: You play it and it is suspended X turns. Once those turns are up, it deals damage to every enemy creature equal to Y number of Z element creatures you have. That's the general idea, I need help fleshing it out. Thanks!

Instead of Suspend use Delayed
So a permanent that comes into play Delayed X turns. After X turns it deals Y AoE damage (Y=number of
___ creatures you have).
Simplicity:
It has two mechanics. However one is a new usage of an existing mechanic so it qualifies as simple.
Thematics:
It is a timed Area of Effect creature control. Also it would work best mechanically as a permanent.
So a timed AoE CC originating from a permanent.
However it also grows in magnitude with the number of creatures of a specific element.
Balance:
I will withhold judgement until others comment.
Redundancy:
Unstable Gas is a "Delayed" Spell
Firestorm is an AoE
