Need help with a deck, preferaby time based rainbow

  I need help with making a deck. So far I have the basic ROL/hope deck without the lobotimizers. I  have the earth nymph unupped. I have 3 upgraded cards besides the ray of lights. I have improved steal. An upgraded morning star and an upgraded hourglass with about 1000 electrum on the side. What can I buy/ sell to make a good deck. Preferably a time based rainbow . Please help.

You cannot build one deck that will take on all these levels. The PvP metagame is constantly evolving, arena requires thought put into counter-decks and AI3 requires the fastest deck possible.

Flay 'em is a much safer bet... Or Fast-Draw Ghostal and it becomes one of the best decks upgraded that doesn't require loads of rares.
