ART: Dramore - Edit of Elemantal Icons
IDEA: Dramore
NOTES: This set interduces a new concept to Elements. For each card in the set I've tried to
remain loyal to each element's fundamental nature. With this has come a few new skills.
-Every Rune ability is an Active ability and will replace any active ability currently on a card
-Every Rune also changes the creature element to that of the Rune granting them any
passive abilities that belong to that element. By belong to that element it means that
all creatures in that element have it not just one or two.
X/2+1 :time or X/2 : time  X= The creatures casting cost that the runes is played on.
-Time Rune's new abilities.
- : Flash Forward : removes the top card from target deck. Cool down of 1 turn.
Yes you can use this on your own or your enemys decks to remove the top card.
It puts the permanent that Time Rune is attached to into a time bubble until the end of
the following turn.
Note- If  Time Rune is played on a pillar/tower/pend stack you can only use Flash Forward
once no matter how many are in the stack.
Note-If  Time Rune is played on a pillar/tower/pend stack and you use Flash Forward you also
put the stack into the time bubble you will get no quanta from it until after the time bubble expires.

this could be OP as the first version of phase dragon, dejavu means basically parallel universe which takes one turn to actually happen, which is weaker but not much. The deck with 18x Time Towers 6x Sillurian dragon and 6x time rune (upgraded) should be tested ( maybe throw in 3 turtle shield instead TTs) (actually it may not be THAT fast as speed bow with lucky draws, but it CAN rewind with extra quanta and has reliable quanta to actually draw and cast a shield)

Well yes and no on the rewind the Rune can do Both but it can only do one at a time depending on weather or not it's played on a creature or a permanent.

Creature get Deja Vu but not Rewind.

Permanents get Rewind but not Deja Vu.

And the total cost of Deja Vu is the same as a PU(unuped) and 1 cheaper than TU(uped) and there is that turn you got to wait befor you can use it to think about too. So it's slower.Tho now that I think more about it maybe the cost of the uped Rune's Deja Vu should be  :time :time :time Too.

Cost change on the Deja Vu to try and balance it.

I don't quite understand the flash forward. Remove the top card and lasts for one turn? The community might also be against it because of the similarities towards discarding effects.

Basicaly if you use the Flash Forward you have to wait a full turn befor the ability could be used again. This does not target a player hand but the deck. Just means that deck out decks could be built. It's also a counter for that really annoying Rewind effect to stop a player from decking out.

I thought the community disagrees with the deck being affected.

Didn't see it about the deck just the cards in the hand.
